These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and 666ps (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://666ps.cam and all associated services, content, features and products made available through the Platform.

666ps is an English-language online gambling information and entertainment platform. Our primary audience consists of adult users in Pakistan. We provide guides, educational content and platform overviews focused on cricket betting, sports betting, live casino and instant games. By using 666ps, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Pakistani users must independently satisfy themselves as to the legality of online gambling activity in their jurisdiction, including compliance with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial legislation.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3.1  By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing, creating an Account, placing a bet or using any feature — you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

3.2  These Terms apply in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotional terms attached to individual bonus offers. In the event of inconsistency between a specific promotional term and these Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

3.3  Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page each time you visit the Platform.

4.1  Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an Account or use any real-money feature on the Platform. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Account found to be in violation of this requirement will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited and the matter may be reported to appropriate authorities.

4.2  Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 666ps does not represent, warrant or guarantee that access to or use of the Platform is permitted under the laws of Pakistan, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, or any applicable provincial legislation. 4.3  One Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Creation of duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts — whether under the same identity or through proxy — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.4  Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to create or maintain an Account: (a) persons under the minimum age threshold; (b) persons self-excluded from gambling services; (c) employees, contractors or agents of 666ps or its affiliated entities; (d) persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

5.1  Registration Requirements. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.

5.2  KYC Documentation. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds. Acceptable documentation may include, but is not limited to, a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and where applicable, documentation evidencing source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or restriction.

5.3  Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any security code with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at the contact details provided in Section 17.

5.4  Account Accuracy. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account termination with forfeiture of all balances.

6.1  You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, collusive or otherwise dishonest activity, including match-fixing, bonus abuse, chip dumping or any form of cheating.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive source code from any component of the Platform.
• Upload, transmit or distribute any malware, viruses or other harmful code via the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or its associated systems.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users, employees or representatives of the Platform.

6.2  We reserve the right to monitor Platform activity for compliance with these Terms. Any detected breach may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of all Account balances, without prior notice.

7.1  General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or sports market, as published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable rules before placing any bet.

7.2  Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once confirmed on-screen by the Platform with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed due to technical failures or connectivity issues are considered void.

7.3  Odds & Pricing. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The Platform reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds or pricing. Where an error is identified, we reserve the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

7.4  Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by game type, market and User account tier. The Platform reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.

7.5  Void Bets. We reserve the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a pricing error is identified; the event result is subject to an official investigation or appeal; or there is sufficient evidence of fraudulent or irregular activity affecting the event.

8.1  General Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers provided by the Platform are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all promotions.

8.7  Bonus Abuse. The Platform operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation, using multiple accounts to claim promotions, placing offsetting bets to minimise wagering risk, or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Any such activity may result in bonus cancellation, Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

9.1  Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's active cashier at the time of transaction. The Platform does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change.

9.2  Payment Method References. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC, ETH and USDT on this Platform are made solely as familiar Pakistani payment rail references for educational context. We do not represent that these providers endorse, support or permit gambling transactions. Whether any method is available in the cashier must be verified directly with the operator. Each provider's own terms and acceptable-use policies apply independently.

9.3  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of all applicable KYC and identity verification requirements; (b) full satisfaction of any active wagering requirements; (c) the Platform's internal compliance and anti-money laundering review. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

9.4  Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, verification status and operator review queue. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing speeds. 9.5  Currency. Account balances and transactions may be denominated in PKR or other currencies as determined by the Platform. Where currency conversion applies, the exchange rate used will be that prevailing at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply.

9.6  Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to the registered email address prior to application.

10.1  666ps is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools and information to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks and self-exclusion options.

11.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content; (b) download or copy account information for the benefit of another party; (c) use data mining, robots or similar data-gathering tools; or (d) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without our express written consent.

11.3  The 666ps name, logo and all related marks are proprietary identifiers. Use of these marks without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666ps, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

12.2  The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.3  Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12.4  Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

13.1  Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

13.2  We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

13.3  We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.

14.1  By the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity; provision of false information; or regulatory requirements. On termination, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited.

14.2  By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at the address in Section 17. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to verification and compliance checks. Any active bonus offers will be cancelled upon Account closure.

14.3  Effect of Termination. Termination of your Account does not affect any rights, obligations or liabilities that have accrued prior to the termination date. Sections 11, 12, 15 and 17 of these Terms shall survive termination.

15.1  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2  Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

15.3  Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

16.1  We reserve the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

16.2  Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.3  If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.2.
